This Comprehensive Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which refunds may be
requested and processed for services and products purchased through Blockchain Nodes
Investment ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By purchasing a subscription, plan, or
service from Us, you ("User", "Customer", "Subscriber") explicitly acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
Core Refund Stipulation
Our refund policy stipulates that refunds are not issued within the initial 3-month period.
Following this timeframe, users are eligible to request a partial refund of 70% of the original
purchase price, contingent upon having earned no commissions.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply:
- "Initial 3-Month Period": A mandatory lock-in duration
commencing exactly on the date and time of the initial payment confirmation. During this ninety (90)
day period, no refund requests of any nature will be entertained, processed, or approved.
- "Original Purchase Price": The exact fiat or cryptocurrency
amount paid by the User for the specific subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Expert) at the time of
purchase, excluding any subsequent transaction fees, network gas fees, or third-party processing
charges.
- "Commissions": Any form of financial benefit, reward, income,
or payout generated through the User's account, including but not limited to direct node rewards,
referral bonuses, level-based commissions, or network participation incentives.
- "Partial Refund": A reimbursement strictly limited to seventy
percent (70%) of the Original Purchase Price. The remaining thirty percent (30%) is retained by the
Company to cover administrative costs, server provisioning, hardware depreciation, and operational
overhead incurred during the active service period.
- "Eligible User": A registered user who has completed the
Initial 3-Month Period, has maintained an account in good standing, and has not generated,
withdrawn, or accrued any Commissions whatsoever.
2. Detailed Refund Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a Partial Refund, a User must strictly satisfy all of the following
criteria without exception:
- Temporal Requirement: The request must be submitted strictly after the
expiration of the Initial 3-Month Period. Requests made on day 89 or earlier will be automatically
rejected.
- Zero Earnings Condition: The User's account must show a lifetime total of zero (0)
in all earnings ledgers. If the User has earned even a fraction of a unit of currency (e.g., $0.01
or 0.0001 BTC) in commissions, rewards, or bonuses, they are strictly ineligible for any refund.
- Active Subscription Status: The User's subscription must be active or in a state
capable of cancellation at the time of the request. Accounts that have been terminated for violation
of Terms of Service are ineligible.
- Identity Verification: The User must have completed all required Know Your Customer
(KYC) procedures requested by the Company to prevent fraud and money laundering.
2.1. Illustrative Examples of Eligibility
- Scenario A (Eligible): User John purchased the Expert Plan ($490) on January 1st.
On April 2nd (after 3 months), he requests a refund. His dashboard shows $0.00 total earnings. John
is eligible for a refund of $343 (70% of $490).
- Scenario B (Ineligible - Time): User Sarah purchased the Pro Plan ($280) on January
1st. On March 15th, she requests a refund. Her request is denied because the Initial 3-Month Period
has not elapsed.
- Scenario C (Ineligible - Earnings): User Mike purchased the Starter Plan ($130) on
January 1st. On April 5th, he requests a refund. His dashboard shows he earned $15 in referral
commissions. His request is denied because he fulfills the "Commissions" exclusion.
3. Refund Request Procedure
We have streamlined our refund process to ensure transparency and efficiency. Users wishing to exercise
their right to a refund must follow these steps precisely:

All refund requests must be submitted formally through our designated support channel. Informal requests
via social media, community chats (e.g., Telegram, Discord), or third-party mediators will not be
recognized.

3.2. Required Information
The formal request must include the following comprehensive details to facilitate rapid processing:
- Full Legal Name registered on the account.
- Registered Email Address and Verified Phone Number.
- Transaction ID (Hash) or Order Reference Number of the initial purchase.
- Date of Purchase.
- A declarative statement confirming that no commissions have been earned.
- A clear statement requesting the "70% Partial Refund Policy Application."
3.3. Processing Stages
- Submission & Acknowledgment: Upon submitting your request via the Contact Us page, you will receive an automated acknowledgment receipt
within 24 hours.
- Audit & Verification (Days 1-3): Our financial team will conduct a forensic audit
of your account to verify:
- The purchase date (to confirm the >3 month tenure).
- The earnings ledger (to confirm $0.00 commissions).
- The payment source (to prevent third-party fraud).

- Decision & Notification (Day 4-5): You will receive a formal decision email. If
approved, the refund amount will be calculated and presented for your final confirmation.
- Disbursement (Days 5-10): Upon your confirmation, the funds will be released.
4. Disbursement Methods and Timelines
Refunds are processed using the exact same method and currency as the original payment, whenever
technically feasible. This prevents exchange rate disputes and ensures compliance with Anti-Money
Laundering (AML) regulations.
4.1. Cryptocurrency Payments
If the original payment was made via cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH):
- The refund will be issued in the same cryptocurrency.
- The amount refunded will be the fiat equivalent value at the time of the original purchase
(pegged to the 70% calculation), converted back to the crypto asset at the current market
rate at the moment of refund, OR the exact 70% of the crypto tokens originally paid, at the
Company's sole discretion based on treasury management. (Note: Usually, we refund the stablecoin
equivalent to protect value).
- Network Fees: Standard blockchain network transaction fees for the return transfer
will be deducted from the final refund amount.
4.2. Timeline Variations
While we aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days, external factors may cause delays:
- Bank Processing: For credit card refunds (if applicable), banks may take 5–30 days
to reflect the credit on your statement.
- Blockchain Congestion: In rare events of extreme network congestion, crypto payouts
may be delayed until gas fees stabilize.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
For the avoidance of doubt, the following items and situations are absolutely non-refundable under any
circumstances:

Any portion of the payment designated as "Setup Fee," "Onboarding Fee," or "KYC Processing Fee" is
non-refundable. The 30% retention in our Partial Refund policy covers these sunk costs.
5.2. Force Majeure Events
No refunds will be processed if the service disruption or request is caused by events beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, fires).
- Global internet infrastructure failures or undersea cable cuts.
- Governmental bans on blockchain technology or cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest.
5.3. Policy Violations
If your account is suspended, banned, or restricted due to a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., attempting to exploit the referral system, using bot
networks, money laundering), you strictly forfeit all rights to any refund, partial or otherwise.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take friendly fraud and unjustified chargebacks seriously. By agreeing to this Policy, you agree to
resolve disputes directly with us first.
- Prohibition on Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your credit
card issuer or payment provider before completing our Refund Request Procedure.
- Consequences of Unjustified Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback while
eligible for a refund or without contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate your account and all associated nodes.
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of your agreement to this Policy.
- Report your identity to industry "blacklists" for payment fraud.
- Pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount plus legal fees.
7. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will
be communicated via email or a prominent notice on your dashboard.
Retroactive Application: Amendments generally apply prospectively. However, if a
regulatory change requires retroactive application, we will comply with such laws. Your continued use of
the Service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
